Red Cross was not allowed to enter Baba Amr area in Syria.
The International Red Cross Society says that, they were not allowed to enter the Baba Amr Area, in Homs District of Syria.
The International Red Cross Society has agreed to provide food relief to the Baba Amr area last week,effected by heavy clashes. Even though they had discussions with the Syrian authorities, they were not allowed to enter the Baba Amr area, IRCS says.
The Syrian authorities have said that,peaceful situation is prevailing in the Baba Amr area, while the Red Cross says that, Syrian forces are attacking an killing the rebels.
