Foreign media indicate that, after ten month silence, demonstrations against Mr Bashar Al Assad, the Syrian President have restarted.Mr Assad was capable of recapturing an area administrated by the rebels by sending the army to the Northern Area, including several cities, which lead to these remonstrations.
Meanwhile, fierce battles were erupted in Damascus between the Syrian government forces and the rebels especially in the International Airport where they claim to have prevented Assad’s wife and children from fleeing the country. Up to now, this incident wasn’t confirmed by the army.
However, according to the statistics of the United Nations, 8000 persons were killed and more than 10,000 were injured during these incidents.Certain political observers say that, the conclusion of these clashes are nowhere in sight, and converting into a partial war.
Meanwhile, the British government has requested the United Nations Organization to urge Mr Bashar Al Assad the Syrian President to step down. But according to Russia and China, the United Nations Organization has no such authority.
