We are not in an arms race; But we develop the nuclear weapons, Putin.
Mr Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, emphasizes that, Russia is not intending to enter the arms race.But he also mentioned that,their nuclear weapons will be developed to a certain extent where they can show the world about the effectiveness of their nuclear potential as well as the means of their air and space defence.
Mr Putin has expressed the media that,Russia has world’s best technologies regarding it’s nuclear power as well the air and space defence.
He also emphasizes that, their nuclear power is strictly under the Russia’s National Board of Security.
“The nuclear weapons remains the most important guarantee of Russia’s sovereignty and the territorial integrity”, he says.
