‘I don’t remember about a shooting’  ; Duminda Silva.
According to the reports, Parliamentarian Mr Duminda Silva has said that, he doesn’t remember anything about a shooting incident occurred at Mulleriyawa.
The Criminal Investigations Department has informed the court today that, the parliamentarian has told these to it’s officials.
The parliamentarian has also said that, even though he remembers that, he has gone to Himbutana on the election day, and later received treatments at the Sri Jayawardhanapura General Hospital, he doesn’t remember the shooting and anything else.
The parliamentarian has said these when he was questioned about the incident by the Criminal Investigations Department according to a court order during the hearing of the case regarding the assassination of Mr Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra.
