India denies VISA to Wickramabahu to participate in the L.T.T.E. convention in Tamilnadu.

According to the reports,the Indian government has denied VISA to Mr Wikramabahu Karunarathne, the Leader of Nava Sama Samaja Party, and Mr Sirithunga Jayasuriya, who were invited to participate in the Tamil Eelam Supporters (TESO) convention which is due to be held in Chennai, on the 12th of August.

These reports further said that, during this convention,which is due to be held with the assistance of Tamilnadu L.T.T.E. supporters, discussions will be held regarding the past attempts and the stratagems that should be followed in the future to establish a Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka.

It was earlier reported that, in addition to Messrs Karunarathne and Jayasuriya, The Tamil National Alliance was also invited to this convention.

Mr M. Karunadhi, the Former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, who is performing a significant role in this TESO convention, made the Central Government of India, aware of this situation.

Expressing his views regarding this convention Mr Karunanidhi says that, the Sri Lankan government is unleashing false campaigns against the convention.

“The objective of this convention is to discuss how the living standards of the Sri Lankan Tamils can be upgraded.,” he said.

During he press conference organized by the Solidarity of the National Organizations,it was indicated that,in the Batticaloa Convention of the T.N.A.,Mr R. Sampanthan, the Leader of the party, has said that,they won’t give up the struggle, until the Tamil Eelam is established.It was also decided that, the struggle should be carried out with the assistance of international interference.It was also emphasized that, the TESO convention is another landmark of a combined process, while the final target would be to unstable the country through a power division, which will go beyond the 13th constitutional amendment and to initiate destructive activities within the country similar to the Arab Spring.

Mr Wickramabahu Karunarathne is a notorious Eelamist who demands that the the Tamils should be granted autonomy.He has made a controversial statement that, Prabakaran is not a terrorist, but a great liberator, and his name cannot be erased from the History for 3000 years.
