Government says that, attempts are being made to create crises situations in the country through religious conflicts. Mr Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana the Minister of Agriculture says that, examples could be shown by the various activities happening throughout the country.’The incident occurred at Dambulla regarding the sacred lands, is such a situation’, he emphasizes. The Minister has expressed these views during a ceremony held in Godagama area. The Minister has further emphasized that, the government never allow anything to provoke the farmers, and bring them onto the streets.’The government will never cutoff any facility that has been provided to them’ he added.
