Hartal in the East, due to the Dambulla mosque incident.

According to the reports,a Harthal campaign was launched at the Few cities in the Eastern Province, to protest against the situation erupted regarding the mosque at Dambulla.
These reports further say that, this Hartal was launched by closing the shops and boutiques in the areas of Ampara,Batticaloa, Sammanthurai,Kalmunai,and Nillamur, while the transportation of these areas are reported crippled.
Meanwhile, sources say that, certain group has set fire on the conference hall and the office of the Kathankudi Mosque, in the morning today.
However, police says that,security in the area has been tightened.
