If Fonseka is intending to join us, we’ll consider it. U.N.P.

The United National Party says that, if Mr Sarath Fonseka is willing to join the U.N.P, they are ready to consider it.Mr Tissa Attanayake, the General Secretary of the party says that,it could be discussed with the Working Committee of the party.

Ha also said that, Mr Ranil Wickremasinghe, the party leader has made a desperate attempt nationally and internationally, to get Mr Fonseka released.

‘In the parliament,he has criticized and rejected the verdict given by the court martial to imprison him’. he said.

However, Mrs Anoma Fonseka says that, for few days, he will take some rest.

‘He needs a rest as his health condition is not good.Later he will take a decision regarding his future political activities.’ she said.
