Museum further closed, Army for security.
According to the reports, it was decided to obtain Army protection for the National Museum, until a regular methodology will be prepared for the security of the Museum.
Mr Jagath Balasooriya, the Minister of National Heritages says that, plans are being made to deploy an Army sub division for the protection of the museum.
Since, the relevant investigations are not concluded yet, it was decided that, the National Museum will be further closed to the public, the Minister said.
