Latest reports from Geneva say that, the proposals supposed to be submitted to the Human Rights Council against Sri Lanka will not be presented at the Council today.
Since such a proposal is never being mentioned in today’s agenda,the Sri Lankan delegations believe that,the relevant proposal will be submitted to the Council during the latter stages of March.
According to the sources, during the occasion of expressing views, which is due to be held today, several countries including U.S.A. are preparing to submit views against Sri Lanka.  Minister Mahinda Samarasinghe says that, Sri Lankan Delegation is ready  to answer those questions.
