Three high ranking U.S. officials including Blake to visit Sri Lanka
United states of America says that,they will send their three high ranking officials to Sri Lanka, prior to the session of U.N. Human right Commission.
Therefore, Mr Robert ‘O’ Blake, the Assistant State Secretary for South Asia, Mr Stephen Rapp,an ambassador at-large  for International  war crimes issues, and Mrs Maria Otero, State Department Under Secretary  for Human Rights, Civilian Security, and Democracy,will arrive in Sri Lanka.
The United States of America,has already decided to bring a proposal against Sri Lanka, during the next session of the Human rights Council  which will be held in next March.
