U.S.A. has been told by Sri Lanka that, L.L.R.C. recommendations will be activated in 4 stages.
Minister Nimal Siripala De Silva says that, The United States Of America was made aware that, the Sri Lankan government has initiated the process of activating the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission recommendations.
He also says that, relevant recommendations regarding the National policies, Conclusion of clashes, Human rights, Security, Resettlement, Development, and Humanitarian facts are included in these four stages.
The Minister has further stated that, even though, these proceeding were revealed during the discussions held between Mr G.L.Peiris,the Foreign Minister,and U.S. Secretary of State, an effective planning was not produced .
