Cut and took away the legs of a cow which was threaded near the river

The police is investigating on an incident where a villain has cut and taken away the hind legs of a cow, which was tied to a tree in a scrub near the river at Gurupura area in Ampara. The owner of the cow has made a complaint to the Ampara Police Station saying that, the hind legs of his cow which was tied in a scrub on the other side of the Galpura river was cut and taken away by somebody, and the cow was dead when he found her. A special police team is investigating on the incident and nobody has been arrested yet.
