නෝර්වේ බෝම්බ ප්රහාරයෙන් පසු වෙඩි තැබීමක්, 87ක් මරුට

නොර්වේ අග්රාමාත්යවරයා ඉලක්ක කර ගනිමින් එල්ල කල බෝම්බ ප්රහාරයෙන් අනතුරුව එරටට අයත් උටොයියා දූපතේ පැවති තරුණ කඳවුරකට එල්ල වු වෙඩි ප්රහාරයකින් පුද්ගලයින් 87 දෙනෙකු පමණ ජීවිතක්ෂයට පත්වු බව විදෙස් වාර්තා පවසයි. එහි තරුණ සමුළුවකට කඩා වැදුණු නාදුනන තුවක්කුකරුවකු විසින් මෙම ප්රහාරය එල්ල කරනු ලැබ තිබේ. ප්රහාරයට සම්බන්ධ පුද්ගලයා නොර්වේ පොලිසිය විසින් පසුව අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් අතර, ඔහු නෝර්විජියානු ජාතිකයෙකු බව හෙළි වී ඇත. පොලිස් නිළ ඇදුමකින් සැරසී සිටි ඔහු වෙනත් රටක සම්භවයක් සහිත පුද්ගලයෙකු ද යන්න ප්රකාශයට පත්කොට නැත.
ප්රහාර දෙකෙන්ම මියගිය සංඛ්යාව තවදුරටත් ඉහළ යා හැකි බව ඔස්ලෝ වාර්තා සඳහන් කරයි. මෙම ප්රහාරයන්ට හේතුව මෙතෙක් පැහැදිලිව අනාවරණය කර ගැනීමට නොහැකි වුවද ප්රහාරයන් එල්ල වී සුළු මොහොතකට පසුව අල්කයිඩා සංවිධානය වෙත ඒ පිළිබඳ සැකය යොමුවී තිබිණි. නෝර්වේ, නේටෝ සංවිධානයේ රටක් වීම ඊට හේතුවයි. එහෙත් මෙය නෝර්වේ රට තුළ බිහි වී ඇති නව අන්තවාදයක ප්රතිඵලයක් ද යන්න පිළිබඳව දැන් පරීක්ෂණ සිදුකෙරේ. නෝර්වේ අග්රාමාත්යවරයා මෙම ප්රහාරයන් හැදින්වූයේ කුරිරු ම්ලේච්ඡ සිද්ධියන් ලෙස ය.

Norwegians please sort out the matters in negotiations, please do not take any aggressive steps which could harm human rights.
If you want we can appoint one of our ministers to be the mediator for talks. You helped us in our problem by appointing Mr. Solheim and now it is our turn to help you back.
We strongly recommend you to avoid armed conflicts with rebel groups and sort out the matter by negotiations. The rebel groups may have some valuable reasons to go for an attack. As a democratic government you must find the reasons and sort out their demands in a democratic way.
