රුසියාවේ සියළුම ප්රාන්ත සඳහා මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි පිලිබද ඔමිබුඞ්ස්මන්වරයෙකු පත් කල යුතු බව එරට පැවති මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි පිලිබඳ සමුළුවකදී රුසියානු ජනපති පූටින් විසින් පෙන්වා දි ඇත.
තම ජනතාවගේ මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි සුරැකීම වෙනුවෙන් තමන් වගකීමෙන් බැඳී සිටින බවත් තම සියළු කටයුතුවල ප්රධාන පරමාර්ථය මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි සුරැකීම බවත් පුටින් විසින් එහිදී සඳහන් කර ඇත.
පසුගිය මස පැවති මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි පිලිබඳ සභාපතිවරුන්ගේ සමුළුවකදී රුසියානු මානව හිමිකමි පිලිබඳ කොමසාරිස්වරයා පෙන්වා දී ඇත්තේ ඔමිබුඩිස්මන් තනතුර ඉතා සුවිශේෂී ධූරයක් වන නමුත් මෙතෙක් එම කි්රයාවලිය සඳහා ව්යවස්ථාදායක කි්රයාපිලිවෙතක නොවූ බවත් එය ප්රදේශීය බලධාරින්ගේ යටතේ කටයුතු කරඇති බවත්ය. එබැවින් එම තනතුර යලි ස්ථාපිත කරමින් ජනතා මානව අයිතිවාසිකමි සුරැකෙන පරිදි නව කි්රයා පිලිවෙතකට අනුව එය කි්රයාත්මක කල යුතු බවත් ඔවුන් තව දුරටත් පෙන්වා දී ඇත.

why did you want to jump middle into a discussion and become a ass?
If you want to say something then hands up. That doesn’t mean that you
don’t have the right to impress your ideas. But there’s a civilized and
intelligent procedure to do it.

well in a discussion ,the first thing is we are speaking according to the
point. And the second thing is never criticize the person, but criticize his

As he already told , journalists should also have to decide
either you with us or with terrorists.Because there’s no way
between.
I think journalist have a responsibility to secure the democracy,
and that’s it. that’s the great role of his duty.
So I think you understand my point that I’m ranting at you again
and again. It’s all about securing the freedom liberty and democracy.
I think your a good educated man with a good family background,
well civilized, liberal and democratic society is always open
for your ideas. But with a very little cost , you have a responsibility
to secure democracy as a journalist.
