ශ්රී ලංකාවේ මානව හිමිකම් බලන කණ්ඩායමේ මූලිකත්වය ඉන්දියාවට

එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ මානව හිමිකම් කවුන්සිලය ලබන නොවැම්බර් පළමුවැනිදා පැවැත්වෙන විශ්වීය වාරික සමාලෝචනය තුල ශ්රී ලංකාවේ මානව හිමිකම් තත්වය ඇගයීමට ඉන්දියාවේ මූලිකත්වයෙන් රටවල් තුනක් නම් කර තිබේ.
මේ සඳහා එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ මානව හිමිකම් කොමිසම විසින් පත්කර ඇති අනෙක් රටවල් වනුයේ බෙනින් රාජ්ය හා ස්පාඤ්ඤයයි.
විශ්වීය වාරික සමාලෝචනය සෑම වසර 04කට වරක්ම සියළුම සාමාජික රටවල මානව හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ සොයා බැලීමට පිහිටුවා ඇති යාන්ත්රණයකි. මෙය ලබන ඔක්තොම්බර් 22 සිට නොවැම්බර් 05 දක්වා ජිනීවාහිදී පැවැත්වේ.
මෙහිදී ශ්රී ලංකාවේ තත්වය නොවැම්බර් පළමුවැනිදා සාකච්චාවට ගනු ලබයි. ඒ සඳහා ශ්රී ලංකාව විසින් පිලියෙල කරන ලද මානව හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ වාර්තාව මේ වන විට යවා ඇති අතර ශ්රි ලංකා මානව හිමිකම් කවුන්සිලයද, රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධානද වෙනම වාර්තාවක් සපයා ඇතැයිද සඳහන්ය.
