ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට අවශ්‍ය කොරෝනා එන්නත් මිලදී ගැනීම සඳහා ලෝක බැංකුවෙන් ණය මුදලක් ලබා ගැනීමට මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය තීරණය කර තිබේ.
ඒ අනුව මුල් අදියරේදී අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 80.5 ක මුදලක් මෙසේ ණය වශයෙන් ලබා ගැනීමට අදහස් කර සිටී.
ඒ සඳහා අනුමැතිය කැබිනට් අනුමැතිය ඉල්ලමින් අගමැති මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා විසින් කැබිනට් මණ්ඩල පත්‍රිකාවක් යොමු කර තිබිණි.
මේ යටතේ මෙරට ජනගහනයෙන් 60%ක් එන්නත්කරණය කිරීමට රජය තීරණය කර තිබේ.
