Yes, we need to make a national policy where no politician can alter. There should be experienced and expert professionals in it. Judiciary and police should be independent so that politicians cannot give orders to them just like what happened on 9th May. With the revision to the constitution, good and senior officers in the administrative service should help to revise rules so that there will be hardly any loopholes to steal. Administrative officers already maintain their honour without complying with underhand dealings of politicians. Have you ever noticed the existing parties showing any interest to stop such underhand activities?. None of them did not will do. That’s why we need a new system at which a few members of the current parliament also may have space. But a very honest few only.
