රට තුළ දේශපාලන ස්ථාවරත්වයක් ඇති නොවන්නේ නම් තමන් ධුරයෙන් ඉල්ලා අස්වන බව මහ බැංකු අධිපති නන්දලාල් වීරසිංහ මහතා සඳහන් කරයි.
